Andra from Sow’s Ear Piggery writes:
Sow’s Ear Piggery is adding pork items to our sales list this week. This week is the last week we will be on market until after Thanksgiving. These select products are singular in many cases and represent the last of our inventory until our next butcher date. These items include a pork tenderloin, a rack of ribs, a petite loin roast, (2) packs of pork chops,(2) Boston Butt pork shoulders. There remain a few packs of ground pork and stew meat, as well as kielbasa and bratwursts.

Thank you for your business!

Please browse all our various categories for new or returning items, as I haven’t had time to go through and check them all out.
